Pipefitters UA 537 proudly donated $2,500 to Helmets to Hardhats, supporting Massachusetts service members as they transition into stable, well-paying careers in the union building trades.
Local 537 remains committed to opening doors for the men and women who have served our country, and is proud to support Helmets to Hardhats’ mission of providing veterans a real pathway to rewarding careers.
Helmets to Hardhats is a national nonprofit that connects National Guard, Reserve, and transitioning active-duty military members with meaningful, family-sustaining careers in the union building trades. Since 2007, the program has placed nearly 900 veterans into union construction jobs across Massachusetts.
